Private Industry

As a Private Industry customer, G-5 Strategic Communications will serve as your initial point-of-contact (POC) and Customer Service Representative at WSMR to:

  1. Review the Scope of Work or Request for Quote
  2. Coordinate the WSMR Support Proposal / Cost Estimate
  3. Develop a Private Industry Contract and associated documentation necessary to perform work for a private contractor
  4. Coordinate the designation of a WSMR Sponsor. The designated Sponsor / Project Engineer will be your single point of contact at WSMR for test support planning and execution

Customer Handbook

Contracting

All contracting opportunities here at WSMR are handled by the White Sands Missile Range Mission and Installation Contracting Command.

Spectrum Management

The Installation Spectrum Management Office (ISMO) is responsible for managing frequency allocation and authorization for all Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum users at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR); which includes all WSMR controlled real estate and test sites. Our services include, but are not limited to: frequency authorizations, spectrum coordination, frequency de-confliction, and RF interference reporting.

As a Department of Defense (DoD) or other Federal Agency customer, G-5 Strategic Communications will serve as your initial point-of-contact (POC) at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). G-5 Strategic Communications will also serve as your customer service representative to:

  1. Review the Scope of Work, Test Plan, or Request for Quote
  2. Develop the WSMR Support Proposal / Cost Estimate
  3. Coordinate the designation of a local WSMR test Sponsor. The designated Sponsor / Test Officer will be your single point of contact at WSMR for detailed test planning, scheduling, execution, and data compilation.

International Customers

As an International Customer (Government or Private Industry), G-5 Strategic Communications at WSMR will serve as your initial point-of-contact (POC) and Customer Service Representative to:

  1. Review the Scope of Work or Request for Quote
  2. Coordinate the WSMR Support Proposal / Cost Estimate
  3. Assist in the development of a Letter of Request to U.S. Office of Defense Cooperation and associated documentation necessary to provide support to an international customer
  4. Coordinate the designation of a WSMR test Sponsor. The designated Sponsor / Test Officer will be your single point of contact at WSMR for detailed test planning, scheduling, execution, and data compilation.
