Introduction

Requests for test services at ATEC test ranges should be submitted as early as possible to allow ATEC to plan, coordinate, and schedule resources, and ensure that required safety, security, and environmental concerns have been properly addressed prior to the test. At a minimum, the following information will be required for each request:

    Requester Points of Contact
    Type of Customer/Project
    Description of Services
    Testing Location
    Projected Schedule
    Report Requirements
    Safety Considerations
    Environmental Considerations
    Security Considerations
Funding Source - Program Element and Project Number are required for submission

The current system does not allow for saving and resuming a partially completed request, so entry must be completed in one session. Once submitted, a project tracking ID will be provided for future correspondence.

NOTE: All items shown with a (*) are REQUIRED items and MUST be completed before your request will be accepted for consideration.
