Brig. Gen. Scott Spellmon speaks at the Military Affairs Dinner hosted by the Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce in support of the Operational Test Command on March 20th.

The Military Affairs Committee of the Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce honored the U.S. Army Operational Test Command on Thursday night with a steak dinner at the Cove Civic Center.

“This has been incredibly generous of the chamber,” said the unit’s commander, Brig. Gen. Scott A. Spellmon.

More than 125 attended the event.
