A new top enlisted soldier took over
duties at the Fort Hood-based Operational Test Command on
Thursday.
During a formal ceremony, outgoing Command Sgt. Maj. Antoine
Overstreet handed a saber to Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Graham,
the new top enlisted soldier in OTC. The unit conducts testing
on new Army equipment before it goes to soldiers Armywide. Read
