Soldiers, Family members and civilians enjoy Hispanic dishes after
attending the Hispanic Heritage Month Observance Oct. 13 at the USAOTC.
The various dishes included Cuban sandwiches, tortilla chips and salsa,
Mexican sweet bread, tamales, flautas, horchata (Mexican rice drink) and
more. The food was provided by local Hispanic restaurants in the
surrounding communities and the Killeen Nutritional Center. Candateshia
