Robert Hall, Operational Test Command's technical director, helps OTC staff celebrate the Army's 233rd birthday Thursday in the headquarters foyer by cutting the cake with a ceremonial saber.  Col. (promotable) Curt Potts, OTC's commander, center, asked Hall to "cut his last Army birthday cake," as Hall is retiring at the end of the month.  The cake was presented to OTC by the Central Texas-Fort Hood AUSA chapter.
