The U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) presented its first Annual Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) on December 6, 2011 at the Myer Auditorium (Building 6000), at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. ATEC discussed current and upcoming contracting opportunities throughout ATEC and the potential impact of recent Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) guidance on future ATEC contracting opportunities. Presentations covered organizational redesign at APG and throughout the command, ATEC's strategic vision to include command resources, workload, contract approaches, and specific opportunities.
