Where will the ATEC Industry Day/APBI be held?
The ATEC Industry Day /APBI will be held at the Myer Auditorium, 6000 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005.

Do I have to register in advance or can I register on-site?
The on-line registration is strongly encouraged and will open to the public from 3 October 2011 through 30 November 2011.  Walk-ins will be permitted to register on site.  On site registration will be available for US citizens only.

What are the on-site registration hours?
The on-site registration hours are 0700-1130.

What are my options for lunch?
Attendees interested in registering for an ITEA luncheon, separate and distinct from the registration for the ATEC Industry Day/APBI, may do so by going to the ITEA website. Their guest speaker will be, Mr. Edward Greer, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Developmental Test and Evaluation & Director, Test Resource Management Center. Where should I park?
The directions for parking at the Myer Auditorium are provided at the directions tab on the conference website. Follow all Route Directional Signs marked “ATEC Industry Day/APBI.”

Is the facility a non-smoking facility?
The Myer Auditorium is a non-smoking facility.

Will the conference facility have Wi-Fi capability?
The Myer Auditorium has Wi-Fi capability.

What should I wear?
The attire is Business professional.

How do I pay for the conference?
Payment of conference fees must be made by check payable to IMWRF - APG and mailed to the address below:

Is the registration fee refundable?
No refunds after 30 November 2011.

Will the information/conference material be posted on the conference website?
All presentations at the conference will be in English and will be posted on the conference website for attendees.

How do I get on post at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG)?
All attendees except Foreign Nationals should plan to arrive at the Maryland Boulevard, Rt. 715, Installation Entry Control Point (ECP) between the hours of 0600 – 0700. All ATEC Industry Day/APBI attendees are instructed to use Lane #5 only, (far right lane). Attendees will be required to display some form of valid photo ID, i.e. Driver’s License, Passport etc. upon arriving at Lane 5. Those without valid photo ID will be denied entrance.

What is the procedure to get on post at APG if I arrive after the hour of 0700?
Anyone arriving after the specified window that does not possess a US Government Identification card will be required to obtain a visitor’s pass from the MD 715 Gate Installation Control Point.

What is the nearest airport to APG?
Baltimore Washington International (BWI).

What hotels are in the area?

What happens in case of inclement weather?
In case of inclement weather, contact the APG weather number at 410.278.SNOW.

What are the procedures for Foreign Nationals?
Foreign Nationals should contact the ATEC representative, Ms. Reeves, by email at diana.l.reeves2.civ@mail.mil to obtain instructions on how to enter APG.

Will there be a Foreign Language Interpreter?
No foreign language interpreter will be provided.
