The Intelligence Evaluation Directorate (IED) plans, conducts and reports independent evaluations of Army, multi-service, Joint, Interagency intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, electronic and information warfare acquisition programs, rapid fielding initiatives (RFI), demonstrations and experiments to provide essential information to decision makers throughout the acquisition lifecycle and compressed decision timelines for RFIs.
