The Human Resources Directorate (HRD) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing Human Resource plans, policies, procedures, and programs for AEC. The Human Resources Division provides expertise in the areas of civilian and military personnel management, management employee relations, civilian and military training and education, career programs, recognition programs, performance management, manpower management, and administrative support to the AEC Director and supporting staffs and Directorates. The are also responsible for continuous improvement of the processes for the purpose of optimizing resources and improving personnel services and support systems in support of AEC's technical mission.
